2. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Payments
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

We do not store full credit card numbers directly on our website.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on the shipping option selected by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging and tags when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Clearance items, final-sale items, gift cards, and opened or used fragrances, perfumes, or colognes are not eligible for return.

6. Order Cancellations
Eligible orders may be cancelled within the cancellation period provided through our store, currently 15 minutes after the order is placed, as long as the order has not already been processed or fulfilled.

7. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item.

Limited-quantity items may sell out before checkout is completed.

8. Intellectual Property
The Retail Royal name, branding, logos, website design, graphics, and original website content are owned by or licensed to The Retail Royal and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, interference with website security, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
