Thank you for shopping with The Retail Royal.
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and tags when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
Fragrances, colognes, perfumes, and other sealed personal products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Gift cards
- Opened or used fragrances, perfumes, or colognes
- Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or alteration
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@theretailroyal8.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Retail Royal.

Shipping. Delivery estimates are estimates and aren't guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Product availability. Inventory is limited and may change without notice. Products placed in a cart aren't reserved until checkout is successfully completed.
